The Schedule

What is Happy Campers Club?
Last week I shared both an audio and video announcement of the Fall 2022 Hqppy Campers Club right here in the Stop Writing Alone Substack, but in case you are more of reader instead of a listener or viewer, let me explain to what Happy Campers Club is and why you may want to join.
In short, the Stop Writing Alone Happy Campers Club is
A safe (virtual) space for writers who are serious about their craft without taking themselves too seriously
A TWO month long accountability group and support group for whatever your current writing goal is (this Fall edition overlaps nicely with NaNoWriMo for all those long-form fiction writers out there!)
A private community to connect with other writers at different levels working on various types of writing projects
Weekly support, motivation, tips and coaching from Nicole Rivera in real time
...and more!
The Stop Writing Alone Happy Campers Club offers LIVE Zoom calls every day, Monday through Friday to give you the support you need on the writing project(s) of your choice. Every week we meet to discuss your goals, to celebrate your wins, to write together, to learn together and to grow together. You should join this writing intensive if you are looking to make lasting relationships with fellow writers while building your best writing life.
The schedule* is as follows, every
MONDAY we have GOAL MEETINGS
TUESDAY we have WRITE-INS
WEDNESDAY we have CASUAL CHATS
THURSDAY we have NANO PREP/WIP CHATS
FRIDAY we have WRITING PROMPT PARTIES
*The times of these meetings will be determined this week by the people who sign up early.
In addition to these meetings, membership in the Happy Campers Club give you access to a private Mighty Networks Group* where members can share work, inspiration, ask questions, and continue to connect throughout camp (all members who complete camp will also gain access to a HAPPY CAMPERS 4EVA exclusive group to keep connections going on beyond camp as well!).

Wait, Nicole… How Much Does This Awesomeness Cost?
The good news is that this week it costs you absolutely nothing. During the week of September 26th, I want every curious writer to have an opportunity to experience the Happy Campers Club for FREE. (Scroll to the ZOOM link at the bottom of this page to join in each day at 1pm Eastern.)
Beyond that, for the full two month experience, there is a cost.
First time camper? If this is your first time joining the Happy Campers club, the one time payment is $449.99. If you need a payment plan to pay over the course of the two months, an arrangement can be made (and it will still be just $449.99, no additional fees are applied for this!), simply write to me at stopwritingalone@substack.com with your payment plan request.
Return Camper? As you may remember, one of the perks of being a Happy Camper is lifelong EXTREME discounts to every future Happy Campers Club offered. If you missed the message and link for the return camper sign up and you do want to sign up for this season, please reach out to me at stopwritingalone@substack.com (or whatever other way you and I normally connect) to let me know you want in this season! Also, same applies to you, if you need a payment plan, an arrangement can be made.
This is really too much at this time? If the cost of Happy Campers Club is truly beyond your budget right now, or the time commitment is unreasonable in your life right now, I have two options for you:
There is still the option of joining the Stop Writing Alone Substack paid community at $5/month, or $50/year which offers many of the same types of meetings throughout every month of the year without the daily intensity. This is a much smaller buy-in on both fronts: financial and time commitment, but still offers regular community, support, and fun with writers throughout the year!
If you are feeling truly passionate about your possible future in the Happy Campers Club in every way except the cost, please reach out to me. Previous campers have offered to gift partial scholarships to a camper in need — whether you are a potential new camper or returning. Depending on budget needs, this may be the bump needed to change that, “I can’t,” to “I can’t wait!”
