The May calendar of Events is up and running, but it is not yet pretty, so here’s what I am going to do: I am sharing the quick and dirty version, and when the pretty version is done, I will update this post!

What’s Missing From This “No Frills” Calendar?
By the end of this post, you will have everything you need to jump inot our meetings and participate in Stop Writing Alone events. The links to join the events are below and the dates and times are above. So, what’s missing?
descriptions of the events If you are new here and don’t know what a “write-in” or “writing practice” or “Story Club” or any other of the meetings are by name, then you might be at a bit of a loss as to which meetings you want to participate in
colorful pictures/logos for each of the events If you are visually motivated and are a fan of calendar print outs to hang somewhere in your writing space to keep you accountable to the cool things you want to spend your time doing, then this Google Calendar print out might leave you a bit longing
my monthly typo Let’s face it, nearly every month I manage at least one date/time typo in my “pretty” calendar. The Google Calendar usually saves me from such foibles, so chances are you are free from the typo in this moment!
I am sure for many writers, this is a welcome change. If you are one of those writers, no that this is all available to you every month with the Google Calendar access.
If you are looking for the traditional colorful chaos I deliver each month, I am setting to work on it immediately after publishing this post, however, I am working in the borrowed time of a napping one year old — this can be interrupted at any moment!
If all going according to my plan this post will be updated within the hour, if the plan gets hijacked, I wanted to share the links and schedule with time for my Practicing Poets to get tomorrow morning’s meeting on their schedule! Wish me luck!
