Nancy Canu is a writer, freelance editor, and Nicole’s critique partner and co-organizer of the Staten Island Writers Meetup Group. Nicole and Nancy talk about what motivated Nancy to join a local writing group and what works for her in that setting. Nancy talks about writing fantasy, romance, and sex scenes. She also discusses how she approaches her role as an editor and why she thinks research is so important regardless of what you may be writing.
