Love this! We need to celebrate what we have done, because the celebration gives us internal motivation and energy for the next task. It increases joy and makes the work we do life-giving. Thank you for this reminder.

It's totally worth it to just grab a sheet of paper, number it 1 - 50 and see how fast you can fill it up. Then go for more! I repeat this process every so often and, at this point I end up putting a tiny notebook in my bag to carry around with me until I can fill it with 100 things. It's fun to be in those times when I am working on remembering the things because it becomes a little season of celebration. And then, when I remember how big a deal the things were when I first accomplished them, I also remember the feelings of fear and intimidation I had in the face of them which, ultimately brings me back to my present and the *next big thing* and how it CAN be done! Take this and run with it Tyrean! Happy listing!!

YES! This is amazing stuff! Keep going! Make sure to write it all down somewhere where you can go back and refer to it over and over again. What fantastic accomplishments!
